It is time for our next Dream Weaving Workshop and I am thrilled that this time it is to be held at the extremely talented Claire Delaney - Artist's 'Time for Art Studios' in Riverhead. This highly creative space is the ideal place to connect with the inner promptings of your soul and discover the pictures, words and colours that express who you truly are and connect with the vision of how you would truly like your life to be.

- Create a visual picture of your wishes and dreams
- Focus on and manifest your deepest desires
- Open up the doorways to a new way of being and weave new pathways to create your ideal life that satisfies your soul

We will work in co-operation with nature to assist us by tuning into our soul self with the assistance of a blend of specifically selected native plant essences to enhance our creative juices and enrich our vision. Crystals will be available for you to use on the day too.

Join Tessa for a Walk in Nature

I feel so blessed that the very things that I love to do are incorporated into so many aspects of my life including my work. I love being in nature, have a deep love of flowers, gardening, walking in the bush and getting together with gorgeous friends for a cuppa. Simple Pleasures you could say - hence the inspiration for the Walk in Nature afternoon.
It is with this in mind that I invite you to join me for a walk in the bush at Albany Scenic Reserve and afterwards have a cuppa at my place to celebrate the transition from summer to autumn. As we walk through the bush we will have the opportunity to identify some of the trees and plants that flourish on our doorstep and link in with their energy and beauty. We will also take some time to sit quietly and listen to the forest, the birds and connect with our own heart beat.
There are many trees and plants in this beautiful piece of bush, such as Tanekaha, Nikau Palms, Rewarewa, Totara and Puriri to name but a few and there are some wonderful surprises too including the North Shore's largest Kauri Tree. My heart goes boom when I see it!
When we return from our walk you will have the opportunity to have a Personalised Flower Essence Remedy made up especially for you to take home to enhance and maintain your experience of connecting with nature.

What is on your wish list? Do you want to move in a new direction? Creating a vision board helps to gain clarity around any area of our life, be it career, relationships, travel, home, property - the list is endless. With clarity we can then focus positive energy to manifest our dreams.
Come along and create a visual picture of the seeds of change for living a more rich and soulful life.
We will start the afternoon with a short guided meditation to set the energy for the manifestation of our dreams and desires and then we will cut out words, pictures, images, that we are guided to and create our Vision Boards.
You may also select a flower essence or two to assist the creative process and the unfolding of magic!

Exploring Your Life Purpose - Finding Your Place in the World
An holistic approach to help gain clarity of your Life Purpose using a combination of life coaching tools, working with Doreen Virtue's 'Life Coaching Oracle Cards' to gain insights and flower essences to assist the exploration process.
This workshop is suitable for those already in tune with their life purpose but wishing to delve deeper and those who are asking themselves 'there must be more to life than this'
It is a great opportunity to meet new and like minded people in a relaxed and supportive space - and it will be fun too!
